1. Input Contract Title and Identification Number

In the designated cells, type in the specific title and unique ID number of the contract.

2. Specify Contract Scope and Supplier Details

3. Record Contract Start and End Dates

Enter the dates when the contract begins and when it is set to expire.

4. Apply Status Colors to Contract Elements

Use the color code—red for halted, yellow for at risk, green for healthy—to indicate the status of deliverables and payments.

5. Get and Record Approvals from Both Parties

Ensure all parties provide their signatures or approval marks in the assigned areas of the template.

6. List Deliverables with Due Dates and Status

Enter each deliverable, its expected completion date, and update its current status using the color code.

7. Detail Payment Terms and Track Invoices

Document the agreed payment terms, note when invoices are sent out, and check off received payments.

8. Document Any Amendments to the Contract

Write down the details of any contract amendments, including the amendment number.
