Follow the steps below to use our contract monitoring template.
In the designated cells, type in the specific title and unique ID number of the contract.
In the scope section, clearly describe the contract’s purpose and the supplier’s information.
Enter the dates when the contract begins and when it is set to expire.
Use the color code—red for halted, yellow for at risk, green for healthy—to indicate the status of deliverables and payments.
Ensure all parties provide their signatures or approval marks in the assigned areas of the template.
Enter each deliverable, its expected completion date, and update its current status using the color code.
Document the agreed payment terms, note when invoices are sent out, and check off received payments.
Write down the details of any contract amendments, including the amendment number.
After all information is entered and updated, save the file and share it with the relevant parties.
